TCH Caregiver’s Heart Support Group Guidelines:
1. Everything discussed and shared in this group is confidential - please respect everyone’s privacy and do not discuss outside of this group.
2. We are not offering medical or psychological advice…any specific questions about your situation should be addressed with your transplant care team or mental health provider
3. Be mindful of time to make sure everyone who wants to share has time to talk
4. The group is designed as a safe place to share experiences, feelings and to seek support from other members
5. Be courteous to all and expect the same in return
